Tyre delivery

Optimus Pneus ships eligible orders with DPD. Charges depend only on the destination country and are clearly shown before payment.

Minimum order

Tyres are sold and shipped in pairs: an order must contain at least 2 identical tyres of the same reference. Two different references do not meet this requirement.

Shipping rates

The applicable rate is confirmed after entering the address and before payment. Destinations, islands, territories or postcodes not offered at checkout are not served.

DPD carrier and tracking

After dispatch, available tracking information is sent by email and may also appear in order tracking. Customers must provide an accurate address, phone number and email address.

Preparation and timing

Preparation starts after payment validation and availability confirmation. The time stated in the order confirmation depends on stock, destination, working days and carrier activity. An order may exceptionally be split into several parcels at no extra cost.

Absence or delivery difficulty

If nobody is present, DPD may offer another delivery attempt or a collection option depending on local availability. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated absence or failure to collect, directly caused additional costs may be charged after informing the customer.

Receiving your order

On delivery, check the number of parcels, references, dimensions and apparent condition. In case of damage or error, take photos, make precise reservations with the carrier where possible, then promptly contact contact@optimuspneus.fr with your order number. Failure to make reservations does not remove statutory consumer rights.
