Our commitments

Optimus Pneus bases its commitments on concrete and verifiable aspects of how the store currently operates.

Clearly identified products

We offer new tyres unless expressly stated otherwise. Product pages show the available specifications to help customers check the product they are ordering.

Transparent prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The total order amount and any delivery charges are shown before payment is confirmed.

We aim to offer competitive prices without claiming to guarantee the lowest price on the market in every case.

Monitored stock

Quantities are updated using supplier data. Despite these updates, an exceptional change may occur between viewing a product and final confirmation of the order. In that event, the customer is informed and any amount paid for an unavailable product is refunded.

Secure payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and the providers actually shown at checkout. AMS Services does not store full payment-card data on its own servers.

Careful delivery information

The applicable destinations, prices and delivery times are those shown before the order or in its confirmation. Delivery is currently free for French addresses accepted at checkout.

We do not promise dispatch within 24 or 48 hours, express delivery or pickup-point delivery when these options are not actually offered.

Respect for consumer rights

Consumer customers benefit in particular from a fourteen-day right of withdrawal and statutory warranties under the conditions detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns and Refund Policy.

Responsible choice

Customers must check the sizes, ratings and approvals compatible with their vehicle. Fitting must be carried out by a professional with suitable equipment.
